Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a Paid Media Manager, Multifamily to own paid media for multifamily clients across platforms. You will define targeting, budgets, roadmap and narrative on calls with clients.

You will lead Google Ads and Meta campaigns, track performance with GA4 and tags, and present 90-day roadmaps and quarterly plans. Remote-friendly role with US/Canada/SA clients, full-time position.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media for multifamily or similar multi-location businesses is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.
