Blacksmith Agency in a remote role seeks a Paid Media Manager for Multifamily to own and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads. You will manage budgets, bidding, targeting, and creative testing, while ensuring reliable attribution with GA4, Tag Manager and pixels.

You will craft 90‑day and quarterly roadmaps, explain the numbers on client calls, and drive long‑term growth through retention and upsell.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta ads, managing campaigns directly.
• Proven track record of improving ROAS, CPA or pipeline metrics.
• Agency experience across multiple clients simultaneously.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media experience in multifamily or multi-location businesses is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media for multifamily clients across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting, testing, and campaign termination decisions.
• Ensure accurate conversion tracking via GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90‑day and quarterly roadmaps and present the story behind metrics.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long‑term client relationships.
