Blacksmith Agency is a US-based AI-first digital agency seeking a Paid Media Account Strategist. You will own paid media for a portfolio of B2B and growing-brand clients, steering targeting, budget calls, roadmap, and the narrative when clients ask why.

You are the strategic voice at the table and make the calls. You will manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads, with responsibility for budget, bidding, testing, conversion tracking, and accurate attribution.

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: built, run and optimized campaigns.
• Proven track record of improving ROAS, CPA, or pipeline metrics.
• Agency experience managing multiple clients simultaneously.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Manage budget allocation, bidding, targeting, testing, and when to pause campaigns.
• Ensure accurate conversion tracking and trustworthy attribution using GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Define 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and articulate the story behind numbers.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell, and long-term relationships.
