Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Digital Advertising Manager to own paid media for B2B and growing-brand clients. You will strategize, budget, and guide campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads, acting as the voice at the client table.

You will drive roadmap decisions and report on performance in live calls. You bring 3+ years of hands‑on experience, a track record of improving ROAS/CPA, and prior agency work handling multiple clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on Google Ads and Meta campaign management.
• Proven ability to move ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers.
• Agency experience managing multiple clients simultaneously.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsabilités

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing; know when to kill a campaign.
• Tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop the 90‑day and quarterly roadmap for each client and present the numbers.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term relationships.
