Blacksmith Agency LLC is a remote, AI-first digital agency hiring a Media Strategist to own paid media for B2B and growing-brand clients. You’ll shape strategy, budgets, and narratives on client calls.

You will lead campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, testing, tracking and optimization to drive ROAS. This role requires clear English communication with US clients and strong agency experience.

Competenze

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
• Proven ROAS/CPA improvement track record.
• Agency experience managing multiple clients simultaneously.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Mansioni

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Manage budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing.
• Ensure accurate conversion tracking and attribution with GA4, Tag Manager and pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly client roadmaps and present the numbers story on calls.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term client relationships.
