Job summary

Capital One Software is seeking a data-obsessed Digital Marketing Manager to own the strategy and execution of paid campaigns with a focus on acquiring high-intent enterprise leads. You will partner with Product Marketing to turn ad performance into actionable insights that shape our go-to-market plan and optimize the pipeline.

You will manage an external agency, architect complex Google Ads campaigns, oversee paid social and programmatic buys, track spend, and forecast impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or military experience.
• 4+ years managing paid search and paid social for B2B SaaS.
• 2+ years managing external advertising agencies.
• 2+ years using Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, GA4 or Salesforce.
• 2+ years turning vanity metrics into business outcomes (MQL/SQL/Pipeline).

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Paid Search strategy and complex campaign structures.
• Lead a paid agency partner with KPIs, weekly performance, and testing.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing to align messaging with roadmaps.
• Manage paid social and programmatic campaigns to drive awareness and demand.
• Oversee annual media spend and provide monthly/quarterly forecasts.
• Establish an A/B testing framework for creative, copy, and landing pages.
