APPLIED Adhesives is seeking a Territory Manager, Packaging to drive new business and strengthen existing customer relationships in the Pacific Northwest. You will manage territory accounts, develop strategic plans, and present compelling proposals to key decision makers.

The role requires 3+ years in chemical distribution sales, strong communication and negotiation skills, and up to 60% travel. Remote work is supported for this regional position with on-site visits as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of successful experience selling within the chemical distribution industry.
• Must travel up to 60% of the time and build new business in packaging accounts.
• Strong discovery, problem-solving, and application-based selling capabilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation with technical and commercial stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for and win new customers to increase the customer base.
• Retain & grow sales/profitability with existing customers.
• Develop strong relationships with key decision makers at all levels within an account.
• Develop and present sales proposals aligned to customer needs and goals.
• Maintain high activity levels in CRM and manage pipeline and forecast.
• 60% travel within assigned territory including regular on-site visits.
