Job summary

3M is seeking a Packaging Sales Rep to join our Phoenix team. You will develop new and existing end-user accounts within the packaging portfolio, focusing on Food & Beverage, Healthcare, and e-fulfillment markets.

You will drive territory growth across Arizona, Colorado and Utah, partnering with inside sales and distributors. A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel up to 50% are required. The role includes meeting sales objectives and contributing to long-term growth targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start).
• Three (3) years of field sales experience independently managing a specified territory in a private, public, government or military environment.
• Current, valid driver’s license is required, as you will be issued a company vehicle for this position.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of new and existing end-user customers, focused on the packaging portfolio of solutions.
• Collaborate with packaging sales team and inside sales to engage new opportunities with end users and channel partners.
• Determine sales goals and use resources to meet and exceed sales objectives.
• Support relationships with key personnel at multiple levels in the buying process to attain territory sales goals.
