Job summary

WestRock Company is seeking a Sales Representative to develop and manage relationships for corrugated and folding packaging solutions in CA and Tijuana, working from a home office. This role emphasizes prospecting, consultative selling, and coordinating with design, production and logistics to meet customer needs.

You will prepare quotes, follow orders through to delivery and after-sales, and strive to exceed sales targets while representing the company at events and industry engagements.

Qualifications

• Outside sales experience maintaining major accounts
• 3–5 years’ verifiable outside sales experience
• Proven prospecting, follow-up and consultative selling abilities

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with current and potential customers to increase sales, profitability and market share.
• Sell corrugated and folding packaging solutions meeting customer design, operation and cost needs.
• Prepare quotes considering specifications, volumes, costs and delivery times.
• Coordinate with design, production and logistics to meet customer requirements.
• Follow up on orders, deliveries and after-sales to ensure satisfaction.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and margin goals.
• Represent WestRock on commercial visits, fairs or events to generate leads and close negotiations.
