Job summary

Golden West Packaging Group in California is seeking a Litho & Corrugated Packaging Sales Executive to drive profitable growth through new business development and strategic account management.

You will sell litho-focused packaging solutions including folding cartons, lamination, corrugated packaging, retail displays, and high-graphics packaging, building trusted partnerships across brand owners and procurement teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of successful consultative, solution-based sales experience in packaging or related industries.
• Experience selling litho-focused packaging solutions such as folding cartons, single-face lamination, corrugated, retail displays, or high-graphics packaging is highly preferred.
• Proven ability to build trusted customer relationships and develop strategic accounts to grow revenue.

Responsibilities

• Identify, target, and develop new business opportunities across Northern and Southern California.
• Build and manage strategic relationships with brand owners, procurement teams, and operations leaders.
• Lead consultative sales conversations focused on value, brand impact, quality, speed to market, and profitability.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and long-term development.
