Job summary

AnewHealth is seeking a PAC Specialist to join our remote Patient Engagement Center of Excellence. You will support patient care from a closed-door environment, handling calls with patients, doctors, and facilities while using multiple systems to update records and authorize actions.

In this full-time role, you will process prescriptions, perform authorizations and transfers, and maintain confidentiality across nationwide patient data.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Pharmacy technician registration with State Board of Pharmacy preferred.
• CPhT preferred but not required.
• Must be 18+ years of age.
• Prior pharmacy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by phone.
• Enter prescriptions and process authorizations, clarifications or transfers.
• Perform claim adjudication, prior authorizations, billing and eligibility checks.
