Modern Family Law, a boutique firm specializing in Family Law, is seeking a compassionate and organized People & Culture Specialist to lead day-to-day employee relations, leave, and accommodations for our multi-state workforce. This remote role partners with managers, Managing Attorneys, and employees on workplace concerns, performance, and conduct.

The specialist owns matters from intake through resolution, maintains confidential case records, and escalates significant risk to People & Culture

Formación

• 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in employee relations, leave administration, or a closely related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field preferred.
• Experience conducting employee relations reviews or investigations and advising managers.
• Hands-on experience administering leave and accommodation processes (ADA, FMLA, state/local).
• Multi-state employment practices knowledge including CA, CO, TX, WA, VA, GA.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day employee relations process for assigned matters.
• Serve as a trusted People & Culture partner to managers and employees.
• Advise managers on performance, conduct, attendance, and workplace concerns.
• Coordinate leave administration and accommodations across jurisdictions.
