Modern Family Law is seeking a compassionate People & Culture Specialist to oversee employee relations, leave, and accommodations for a multi-state workforce. The role collaborates with managers and partners to resolve concerns, ensure policy compliance, and manage complex cases with discretion.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in employee relations or HR with independent ownership of complex matters.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field preferred.
• Experience with ADA, FMLA, and multi-state leave requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day employee relations and leave processes for multi-state workforce.
• Advise managers on performance, conduct, and leave accommodations.
• Maintain confidential case records and timely case milestones.
• Coordinate leave administration with payroll and benefits.
• Develop procedures and guidelines to improve consistency and compliance.
