Job summary

Modern Family Law seeks a People & Culture Specialist to lead day-to-day employee relations, leave, and accommodations for a multi-state workforce. You will partner with managers and employees, guide on performance and workplace concerns, and manage case records from intake to resolution.

Remote role near an office location; the firm offers a comprehensive benefits package and dynamic compensation aligned with multi-state requirements.

Qualifications

• Progressive experience in employee relations and leave administration.
• Experience advising managers on performance and workplace concerns.
• Hands-on leave and accommodation administration.
• Multi-state employment knowledge; research local requirements.
• Experience in a law firm or professional services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day employee relations, from intake to resolution.
• Partner with managers and employees; coach on next steps.
• Advise on performance, conduct, attendance, and workplace conflicts.
• Escalate significant risks to P&C leadership.
• Maintain confidential case records and deadlines.
• Coordinate leave administration and accommodations.
