Modern Family Law seeks a compassionate People & Culture Specialist to lead employee relations, leave, and accommodations for a multi-state workforce. You will partner with managers and employees, document decisions, and drive initiatives within established policies.

The role supports remote work near office locations and requires independent, proactive handling of matters. Ideal candidates bring HR experience in leave administration, policy guidance, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum six (5) years of experience in employee relations or HR, with independent case ownership.
• Bachelor or equivalent in HR, Business, Psychology or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day employee relations, leave, and accommodation work across multi-state workforce.
• Partner with managers and employees to coach, investigate, and resolve concerns.
• Maintain confidential case records and ensure timely follow-up and documentation.
