Job summary

Modern Family Law is seeking a compassionate People & Culture Specialist to lead employee relations, leave, and accommodations for its multi-state workforce. The role partners with managers, Managing Attorneys, and staff to resolve workplace concerns with clear recommendations and documented follow‑up.

The successful candidate will own matters from intake to resolution, escalate when needed, and drive P&C initiatives in a remote capacity near one of the firm’s locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in employee relations, HR, or leave administration.
• Experience conducting employee relations reviews or investigations.
• Hands-on leave and accommodation administration including ADA and FMLA.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day employee relations processes for assigned matters, including intake, investigation, findings, and follow-up.
• Advise managers on performance, conduct, and workplace concerns; support corrective actions.
• Coordinate leave administration and accommodations; protect confidential medical information.
