Modern Family Law, a boutique firm, seeks a compassionate People & Culture Specialist to manage employee relations, leave, and accommodations for a multi-state workforce. This remote role partners with managers, MAs, and employees on workplace concerns, guiding actions with careful documentation and adherence to policy.

The role emphasizes ensuring compliant leave processes, timely case milestones, and strategic People & Culture initiatives.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• Experience conducting employee relations reviews or investigations.
• Hands-on leave and accommodation administration (ADA, FMLA, state/local laws).
• Strong knowledge of multi-state employment practices and compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day employee relations, leave, and accommodations for multi-state workforce.
• Partner with managers to coach on fair, consistent actions and complete follow-through.
• Escalate high-risk personnel issues to People & Culture leadership.
• Maintain confidential case records and track deadlines through completion.
• Coordinate leave administration with payroll, benefits, and stakeholders.
