Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance License required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport and confidently communicate with clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage a dedicated book of renewal accounts in Professional Liability and Errors & Omissions insurance.
• Contact clients to review upcoming renewals and gather renewal application information.
• Process and enter renewal applications accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare and present insurance quotes to clients.
• Answer coverage and policy-related questions while providing exceptional customer service.
• Communicate with insureds, carriers, and internal team members to ensure a smooth renewal process.
• Build long-term client relationships through proactive communication and service.
• Maintain detailed account documentation and policy records.
