NTT DATA seeks an experienced P&C Insurance Business Analyst & Domain Expert to lead Commercial Lines initiatives. You will work with underwriters, brokers and product teams to shape requirements, data needs, and workflows, while leveraging AI tools for rapid prototyping.

Qualifications

12+ years of Business Analysis and requirements gathering.
Strong P&C Insurance domain knowledge and Commercial Lines experience.
Experience with D&O and/or Marine Cargo domains.
Underwriting and policy administration knowledge.
Agile/Scrum environment exposure and AI tools familiarity.

Responsibilities

Act as a P&C Insurance Domain SME for Commercial Lines initiatives.
Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
Collaborate with underwriters, brokers and stakeholders to map processes.
Support design of broker portals and policy administration workflows.
Validate data, coverage, risk, rating and underwriting requirements.
