Qualifications

• 10+ years of sales experience in Financial Services with a focus on Insurance.
• 10+ years selling P&C, Life and Commercial Insurance.
• 10+ years in digital product design, service design, UX, research, or innovation.
• 3+ years PoV on GenAI and AI technologies for the insurance industry.
• 8+ years in leadership roles with senior stakeholders.
• 8+ years engaging with senior executives and customers.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with clients and understand needs to provide tailored solutions.
• Engage prospects and clients via consultative selling to uncover pain points and drive solutions.
• Collaborate with solution teams to develop customized offerings addressing client challenges.
• Define client value and relevance of solutions using industry KPIs.
• Develop industry insights to guide strategic advice for tech, product and business clients.
• Foster long-term client relationships and expand accounts and renewals.
• Lead account planning, pursue plans, and coordinate with leaders across teams.
• Ensure CRM remains the single source of truth and supports sales motions.
