Qualifications

• 10+ years in selling professional, consulting, or digital services within Financial Services with focus on Insurance.
• 10+ years in Insurance knowledge (P&C, Life, Annuities, Commercial Insurance) and brokerages.
• 10+ years in digital product design, service design, UX, research, or experience technology and innovation.
• 3+ years in PoV on emerging technologies, GenAI and AI for the industry.
• 8+ years in leadership with strong organization and multitasking skills.
• 8+ years engaging with senior executives with excellent writing and communication skills.

• Build relationships, understand customer needs and tailor solutions that drive revenue and customer success.
• Engage prospects and clients using consultative selling to uncover pain points and opportunities.
• Collaborate with solution teams to develop customized, addressable client challenges.
