Job summary

NTT DATA seeks an experienced Business and Data analyst to join our team remotely from India’s Karnataka region to support the development of an analytics-driven recovery and subrogation framework. You will analyze claims data, identify recovery opportunities, quantify financial impact, and collaborate with stakeholders to build repeatable recovery models.

The role requires 6+ years in Commercial/Specialty Lines Insurance, with advanced SQL and Python skills, and experience in Claims Analytics

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Commercial/Specialty Lines Insurance analytics.
• Hands-on experience in Claims Analytics and Subrogation/Recovery.
• Experience working with insurance data and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Analyze historical and current commercial insurance claims data to identify trends, recovery opportunities, and financial impact.
• Evaluate and prioritize subrogation and recovery opportunities based on recovery likelihood and business value.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and analytical models to monitor recovery performance and key KPIs.
• Collaborate with claims, recovery, and business teams to translate business requirements into analytical solutions.
• Support the design of an analytics-driven recovery framework, including prioritization methodologies and business rules.
• Present insights and recommendations to client stakeholders and leadership.
