Next Level Solutions is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to bridge client operations and technology delivery on complex P&C insurance projects. You will own end-to-end BA lifecycle, design epics and user stories, and mentor junior analysts in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.

The role emphasizes requirements elicitation, stakeholder collaboration, and the creation of dashboards with SQL, Power BI, and Tableau to enable strategic decision making.

Qualifications

• Lead end-to-end business analysis lifecycle for P&C insurance projects.
• Design epics, features, and user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Mentor junior analysts and potentially supervise direct reports.
• Develop dashboards using SQL, Power BI, Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Clarify needs and align solutions with business goals.
• Gather, analyze, document requirements and ensure traceability.
• Lead sprint demos and manage implementation backlog.
