NTT DATA Services is seeking a Sales Director for Contact Center/CX/BPO in the Insurance vertical. This remote role focuses on originating and closing multi-million-dollar ACV deals with executive-level stakeholders.
You will lead end-to-end sales, act as a trusted SME in insurance processes, and craft AI-first CX propositions to differentiate in a competitive market. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in CX/BPO sales, deep insurance industry knowledge, and a proven track record of exceeding
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Contact Center/CX/BPO/Business Process Services sales with transformative outsourcing
- 7+ years selling large, complex CX/BPO deals (> $20M TCV)
- 5+ years selling CX/Customer Service and industry-specific value chain deals
- 5+ years selling into P&C and L&A Insurance verticals
Responsibilities
- Originate deals proactively and build executive-level relationships with buyers
- Act as Subject Matter Expert in Insurance (P&C, L&A) and articulate value of transformative CX/BPO solutions
- Develop customized AI-first CX propositions addressing client constraints and competitive landscape
- Lead end-to-end sales cycle with cross-functional teams to close multi-million-dollar BPO deals
- Develop go-to-market plans with leaders and alliance partners to generate demand and awareness
