Insurance Office Of America, Inc. is seeking an Account Manager - Commercial Lines to manage an assigned book, retain clients and support new business. You will coordinate day-to-day admin tasks, resolve issues, and ensure accuracy across policy administration and billing.

You will lead the account management team, handle service requests, renewals, and carrier interactions, while maintaining compliance and striving for service excellence in a remote-capable role across multiple western states.

Competenze

• 3+ years of account management experience, or 5+ years in the insurance industry
• Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs
• Active licensing; CIC or equivalent designation preferred
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Exceptional customer service, communication, multitasking and organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• High School Diploma or equivalent

Mansioni

• Technical competence: maintain industry expertise
• Direct daily activities of the account management team
• Handle customer service requests, policy administration, billing, claims and coverage analysis
• Manage policy expirations and renewals
• Conduct client research, prepare submissions, negotiate coverages and present proposals
• Monitor reports and collect on delinquent accounts
• Maintain agency management systems and carrier/vendor platforms
• Monitor activity/suspense to ensure timely completion
• Maintain frequent, transparent communication with the account team
