Qualifications

• 3+ years of account management experience or 5+ years in the insurance industry
• Active licensing; CIC or equivalent preferred
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Exceptional customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• High School Diploma (or equivalent)

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned book of business to ensure account retention and support new business
• Coordinate day-to-day administrative and customer service activities
• Resolve complex issues with no errors or omissions
• Renewals management including expirations and proposals
• Monitor delinquent accounts and collect outstanding balances
• Maintain agency management systems and carrier/vendor platforms
• Ensure timely completion of tasks and transparent workload updates
• Deliver proactive, high-quality service to clients
