Qualifications

• Active P&C license; CIC or equivalent designation preferred
• 3+ years account management or 5+ years in the insurance industry
• Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills
• Exceptional customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office applications

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned book of business, ensuring retention and supporting new business
• Coordinate day-to-day administrative and customer service activities
• Resolve complex issues with accuracy and timeliness
• Renewals: manage expirations, prepare submissions, negotiate coverages and present proposals
• Monitor delinquent accounts and collect outstanding balances
• Maintain agency management systems and carrier/vendor platforms
• Ensure data accuracy and timely completion of activities
• Communicate workload status and issues with the account team
• Deliver proactive service and anticipate client needs
• Stay updated on company policies and procedures
• Seek and adopt best practices to improve team performance
• Demonstrate integrity and leadership aligned with IOA values
