• Active P&C license required; CIC or equivalent preferred.
• 3+ years in account management or 5+ years in insurance industry.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; detail oriented.
• Proficient in MS Office; able to manage complex client needs.

Responsabilidades

• Manage an assigned book of business, ensuring retention and supporting new business.
• Coordinate day-to-day admin and customer service activities, resolving complex issues.
• Handle policy administration, billing, claims, and coverage analysis.
• Monitor policy expirations and renewals; conduct client research and submissions.
• Negotiate coverages and present proposals; monitor delinquent accounts.
