Job summary

Oldcastle APG, a CRH Company, is seeking a Belgard Sales Representative based in Orange County, CA. You will manage the Belgard product line, maintain existing business, generate leads, and build strong customer relationships in a remote role.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 5+ years in sales for a multi-million-dollar territory, and excellent communication. Travel and a valid driver's license are required, with benefits including health and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience, training and education.
• 5+ years related experience managing a multi-million-dollar territory.
• Excellent communication skills
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to travel overnight as needed
• Ability to lift products up to 50lbs
• Experience within the building materials industry
• Ability to navigate through a Customer Relationship Management platform
• Preferred bilingual – Spanish and English

Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with current customers to increase sales and revenue.
• Identify and prospect for new customers.
• Collaborate with customers and contractors to develop sales strategies.
• Analyze market trends and create action plans to capitalize on shifts.
• Prepare sales projects and prospecting reports for monthly meetings.
• Compile dealer sales data and coordinate with production for planning.
• Quote prices, terms, and prepare sales contracts for orders.
