Job summary

Rexel USA is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join the Mayer team remotely in Florida. You will drive sales growth by building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers, promoting products, and delivering excellent service.

You’ll collaborate with leadership and suppliers to plan sales strategies, identify customer objectives, and guide the full sales cycle from quotations to order.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License.
• High School or GED - Required.
• Customer oriented with excellent communication, presentation, organization and problem solving.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Excellent negotiation skills and interpersonal skills.
• Product and application knowledge essential.
• Highly self-motivated.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office as well as ERP systems and CRM.

Responsibilities

• Sell, market, promote, and demonstrate products, communicating features and benefits.
• Increase business by selling to new customers and additional products to existing customers.
• Collaborate with leadership and suppliers to plan and implement sales strategies.
