Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, or sales.
Typically 4–8 years of relevant sales/account management experience.
Proven success growing business within a defined territory.
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Experience preparing pricing proposals and managing profitability.
Proficient in using CRM platforms and forecasting tools.
Able to travel up to 50% within territory.

Responsibilities

Own a defined sales territory and deliver revenue, volume, and margin objectives.
Maintain and grow existing customer relationships while identifying new opportunities.
Develop and execute strategic account plans for key customers.
Create, solicit, and present customer price quotations and proposals.
Qualify opportunities, prepare customer agreements, and negotiate terms.
Forecast monthly and quarterly sales results with accuracy.
Coordinate visits, tours, trials, and consultative discussions with customers.
Collaborate with Inside Sales, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Operations, and Marketing.
Maintain and manage CRM data and monitor opportunities.
