Job summary

Greif, a global leader in industrial packaging, is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to grow revenue in the Small Plastics Manufacturing segment for the Murray, Kentucky territory. You will own a defined territory, manage existing customers, and develop new business opportunities with a focus on portable fuel container sales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Typically 4–8 years of relevant sales/account management experience.
• Proven ability to prospect, qualify opportunities, and close business.

Responsibilities

• Own a defined sales territory and deliver revenue, volume, and margin objectives through effective opportunity management.
• Maintain and grow existing customer relationships while identifying and developing new business opportunities.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans for key customers, aligning internal and external stakeholders around growth initiatives.
• Create, solicit, and present customer price quotations and proposals.
• Qualify opportunities, prepare customer agreements, and negotiate commercial terms that support profitable growth.
• Forecast monthly and quarterly sales results with a high degree of accuracy.
