Piedmont Plastics is hiring an Inside Sales Representative for the Louisville, KY metro area. You will promote and sell our performance plastics products to existing and prospective customers, building trusted relationships through product and application knowledge.

The role emphasizes developing new accounts, expanding market share, and maintaining up-to-date product expertise within a growing, service-focused team. Competitive wages with commissions and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of sales experience with a track record of meeting/exceeding goals.
• A two- or four-year college degree is preferred but not required.
• Combination of education and sales experience considered.
• Inside sales experience in plastics, industrial, or distribution sales preferred.
• Must have a positive attitude and be a team player.

Responsibilities

• Develop new accounts through proactive outcalls, prospecting, networking, and referrals.
• Provide sales support to existing accounts and pursue new orders to grow market share.
• Expand the customer base and maintain product knowledge in the performance plastics market.
• Follow up on leads from various sources and contribute to branch success.
