Job summary

twiceasnice Recruiting is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to cover Western PA, Eastern/Central OH, and West Virginia. This remote role focuses on selling pumps, motors, valves, instrumentation, mixers, and packaged systems to industrial manufacturers, municipalities, contractors, and engineering firms.

You'll develop new business (about 70%) and grow existing accounts (30%), travel about 60% within the territory, with no overnight travel required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of sales experience selling pumps or fluid-handling equipment.
• Experience selling to manufacturers, municipalities, contractors, or engineering firms.
• Proven prospecting, relationship-building, and closing skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Sell pumps, motors, valves, instrumentation, mixers, and packaged systems.
• Develop new business through prospecting, cold calling, and strategic outreach.
• Manage and grow existing customer accounts throughout the territory.
• Follow up on warm leads, qualify prospects, and convert opportunities into sales.
• Build relationships with manufacturers, municipalities, contractors, and engineering firms.
• Independently plan travel routes, schedule appointments, and coordinate customer visits.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities in the CRM.
• Achieve territory sales goals and drive revenue growth.
