Job summary

twiceasnice Recruiting is helping a client in the pump and industrial equipment industry find an Account Manager to grow the Missouri territory with remote work from Missouri. You will sell industrial pumps, seals, compressors, and related fluid handling solutions to manufacturing sectors, while building long-term customer relationships and meeting quarterly targets.

The role requires 3+ years of pumps or fluid handling sales, strong mechanical aptitude, and willingness to travel Missouri 4–5

Qualifications

3+ years of sales experience in industrial pumps or fluid handling equipment.
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to manage a territory and develop new business.
Willingness to travel Missouri 4–5 days per week with overnight stays.
Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

Manage and grow sales of industrial pumps and related equipment in MO.
Develop new business opportunities through prospecting and referrals.
Conduct regular customer visits, targeting multiple meetings daily.
Plan territory travel and leverage leads for opportunities.
Evaluate customer needs and recommend pumps, seals, compressors and related solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams for quotations and pricing.
Maintain accurate customer records and track opportunities.
Meet territory sales goals and expand existing accounts.
