Job summary

Pasco Machine is seeking an Industrial Outside Sales Representative to lead pump repair and new pump sales across Washington, Oregon, and Idaho. This role focuses on building relationships with industrial customers and coordinating with shop teams to ensure accurate quotes and on-time delivery.

The position offers base salary plus commission, company vehicle, and expenses paid, with strong earning potential tied to territory growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years of sales and/or account management experience in industrial environments.
• Experience in industrial pump repair or rotating equipment preferred.
• Willingness to travel throughout Washington, Oregon, and Idaho, including occasional overnight stays.
• Valid Washington State Driver’s License with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Account Management & Business Development: Maintain and grow existing industrial customer accounts; pursue new opportunities; identify pump repair, rebuilds, upgrades, and new pump sales; build long-term partnerships with responsive service and technical solutions.
