ESR Motor Systems, LLC in Pennsylvania seeks an experienced Outside Sales Representative to develop a new business and grow a PA territory from a home base, supported by the Mechanicsburg branch and inside-sales team.

This consultative role focuses on identifying industrial customers, understanding their operations, and turning opportunities into profitable, long-term business, with uncapped earning potential and a defined yet flexible territory.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of outside sales in industrial/technical markets.
• Experience selling industrial equipment and related products.
• Ability to prospect independently and open new accounts.
• Strong communication, urgency, accountability, and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory plan, prospect for new industrial customers, and generate profitable growth.
• Spend meaningful time at customer facilities to learn operations and priorities.
• Identify root causes and opportunities to improve reliability and uptime.
• Apply knowledge of ESR's offerings to provide valuable information and solutions.
• Respond with urgency, communicate next steps, and maintain CRM pipeline and forecasts.
• Coordinate inside-sales and manufacturer partners while owning the customer experience.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close profitable business.
• Maintain accurate CRM activity and reliable forecasts.
