Job summary

Service Corporation International is seeking an Outside Sales Professional to drive revenue and build relationships with families in the Houston area. You will work from home, presenting pre-need and at-need offerings and guiding clients through choices with a soft close.

You will handle leads from marketing campaigns, schedule appointments, and provide exceptional service to earn referrals. You should be a self-starter with strong public speaking and CRM skills, capable of evening/weekend work,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• College coursework preferred for better fit.
• Funeral Directors License where required by state law; Life Insurance license where required by state law; company supports licensing.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales revenue quota through direct selling and presentations.
• Present the Dignity Memorial Personal Planning Guide to consumers and explain pre-need services.
• Develop relationships in the community to generate qualified leads and schedule appointments.
• Follow up with families for referrals and provide service beyond expectations.
• Maintain CRM activity and manage leads, events, and appointments.
