Service Corporation International in Texas is seeking a results-driven sales professional to achieve monthly revenue targets in a community-focused role. You will meet families, present planning options, and guide them through funeral and pre-need services, while building lasting relationships and maintaining accurate CRM records.

This role requires evenings and weekends, strong communication, and the ability to work independently as well as with a team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred.
• Funeral Directors License where required by state law; Life Insurance license where required by state law.
• Current driver’s license with clean record.
• Sales experience preferred; CRM experience a plus.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends; bilingual is a plus.
• Proficient computer and technology skills.

Responsibilities

• Attain or exceed monthly sales revenue quota.
• Present planning options via PPT to consumers.
• Influence on the benefits of pre-planning with a soft close.
• Tour families through cemetery grounds and discuss options.
• Understand each family’s needs and offer tailored solutions.
• Provide exceptional service to foster future sales.
• Promote SCI Brand and service excellence.
• Complete contracts accurately and address questions.
• Prospect in the community; attend events; door-knocking; seminars.
• Maintain CRM activity and secure referrals; schedule appointments.
• Build lasting relationships with families; support during grief.
