Service Corporation International is seeking a driven sales professional to generate revenue for Dignity Memorial products and services. You will prospect in the community, qualify leads, and schedule appointments while guiding families through pre-need planning and final contracts.

The role emphasizes relationship-building with families, delivering excellent service, and leveraging CRM tools to track activity. Strong communication, team collaboration, and weekend availability are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred.
• Funeral Directors License where required by state law; Life Insurance license where required; company will support licensing.
• CRM experience and sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Attain or exceed monthly sales revenue quota with costumer-facing presentations of pre-need services.
• Self-initiate leads through community events, networks, and seminars; schedule sales appointments.
• Build professional relationships with families, supporting them through grief and aftercare.
• Collaborate with management and staff to improve processes and share family concerns.
