Responsibilities

• Sell, market, promote, and demonstrate products and communicate features and benefits.
• Grow business by selling to new customers and add-on sales to existing customers.
• Collaborate with leadership, team members, and suppliers on sales strategies and new markets.
• Assist customers with product selection and applications using internal and supplier expertise.
• Establish and maintain customer relationships.
• Coordinate quotations and maintain ongoing communication throughout the purchasing lifecycle.
• Resolve payment issues with management, credit, and customers.
• Report market trends, competitor activity, pricing, and product information to management.
• Participate in training and development to enhance product knowledge and selling skills.
