Job summary

Rexel USA is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join our team in San Leandro, CA. You will lead sales efforts, promote Rexel’s electrical and data products, and build lasting customer relationships with new and existing clients.

In this role, you will develop strategic plans, collaborate with vendors, and deliver solutions tailored to each customer’s business needs. A valid license and a track record in sales or electrical industry are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales or electrical industry experience.
• Valid Driver's License.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to develop and maintain customer relationships.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Sell, promote, and demonstrate Rexel products to customers.
• Grow business by acquiring new customers and expanding orders with existing customers.
• Collaborate with leadership and suppliers on sales strategies and new markets.
• Assist customers with product selection and application using internal and supplier resources.
• Establish and maintain customer relationships and respond to inquiries.
• Coordinate quotations and communicate throughout the purchasing lifecycle.
• Resolve payment issues with customers and manage credit discussions.
