Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leadership and suppliers to plan and implement sales strategies and develop new markets.
• Assist customers with product selection and application using internal and supplier resources.
• Establish and maintain customer relationships and understand objectives to tailor solutions.
• Coordinate quotations and maintain communication throughout the purchasing lifecycle.
• Resolve payment issues with management, credit, and customers.
• Report market trends, pricing, and competitor information to management.
