Job summary

Service Partners is seeking an ambitious Outside Sales Associate to own and grow a U.S. territory, including San Marcos, CA, with a remote-friendly structure. You will build relationships, manage current customers, and drive sales in insulation and building products.

Strong presentation and negotiation skills are required, as is knowledge of construction drawing concepts. You’ll work in a safety-sensitive, field-based role with up to 75% travel, earning base + commission.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with customers and prospects within assigned territory.
• Independently manage existing customers and territory prospecting activities.
• Deliver compelling presentations and negotiate effectively to grow sales.
• Process dealer orders and review system-generated acknowledgments.
