Job summary

CRH's Oldcastle unit is seeking a remote sales representative to sell and service Dry Mix products in Western Washington, focusing on dealers and contractors. You will expand the territory and grow Amerimix and Sakrete sales while maintaining key relationships in the Seattle metro area.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 3+ years of sales in building materials, proficiency with Salesforce and MS Office, and up to 50% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of sales experience in a multi-million-dollar territory.
• Building materials industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with dealers and contractors to grow sales.
• Conduct product demos on job sites.
• Identify and prospect new customers.
• Participate in industry events representing Amerimix and Sakrete.
• Prospect and cold-call accounts via site visits and referrals.
• Analyze dealer sales data and buying cycles.
• Collaborate with production, operations, and supply chain for forecasting.
• Manage quotes and deal structures per company guidelines.
• Use CRM to track pipeline and maintain account info.
• Additional duties as assigned.
