Job summary

Oldcastle, a CRH company, is seeking a sales representative for Western Washington to sell and service Dry Mix products. The role emphasizes dealer and contractor accounts, lead generation, and growing Amerimix and Sakrete sales with a strong field presence in the Seattle area.

The position requires relationship-building, product demos, and prospecting new customers, with regional travel up to 50%. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and sales experience in a multi-million-dollar territory are

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 3+ years’ sales experience managing a multi-million-dollar territory.
• Experience in building materials industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with dealers and contractors to grow sales and revenue.
• Conduct product demos on job sites to drive demand.
• Identify and prospect new customers (dealers, distributors, contractors).
• Participate in industry events representing Amerimix and Sakrete lines.
• Prospect and cold-call new accounts through job site visits and networking.
• Analyze dealer sales data and buying cycles.
