Job summary

Oldcastle, a CRH company, seeks a sales representative to sell and service Dry Mix products in Western Washington. The role emphasizes dealer/contractor accounts, lead generation, and growing Amerimix and Sakrete lines with a strong new business focus.

High field presence in Seattle metro with regional travel. This position requires a proactive, growth-oriented seller with 3+ years in sales, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and willingness to travel up to 50% while building relationships and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience, training and education.
• 3 plus years’ sales related experience managing a multi‑million‑dollar sales territory.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience within the building materials industry preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point, & Salesforce CRM.
• Travel up to 50%.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain effective relationships with current customers (dealers & contractors) to increase sales and revenue. Promote, educate, and service Dry Mix needs.
• Conduct product demos on job sites to drive demand and convert new business.
• Identify and prospect new customers (dealers, distributors, and contractors).
• Participate in industry events while representing Amerimix and Sakrete product lines.
• Prospect and cold-call new accounts through job site visits, lead referrals, & networking.
• Analyze dealer sales data & buying cycles.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with production, operations, and supply chain teams to support forecasting.
• Manage quoting and deal structure in alignment with company guidelines.
• Utilize CRM to manage pipeline, track prospecting activity, and maintain account info.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
