Job summary

Premier Auto Credit is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to own a California territory and drive auto finance deals from the field. Expect to spend about 75% of your time on the road, signing new dealers, nurturing relationships, and expanding our portfolio with uncapped commission potential.

You will work with a supportive team, travel in-state, and leverage underwriting and training support to close deals efficiently.

Premier Auto Credit (PAC) is one of Southern California's leading subprime auto finance companies, and we're growing. We're looking for driven Outside Sales Representatives to own a territory, build strong dealer partnerships, and get paid for every win, with no ceiling on your commissions.

Every day looks different: new dealerships, new deals, and plenty of time out in the field. You'll set the pace, with the tools, training, and underwriting and management support to keep deals moving.

We want people who know about auto finance, dealerships, or outside sales, and who are confident enough to learn something new. Every lender has its own programs, process, and way of structuring a deal. The people who do best here bring what they know, stay curious, and are open to doing it the PAC way.

What you'll be doing

• Build and grow your territory: sign new dealerships and get more applications from your current ones
• Build relationships; be the go-to person your dealers call first
• Structure deals that fund: work with dealers and our underwriting team to restructure deals so they fit our programs
• Hunt for new business: cold calls, referrals, directories, and in-person field visits
• Teach and train: show dealers our finance products, and what we look for (credit quality, stability, stipulations) and how to take advantage of utilizing our portal
• Hit your numbers: meet or beat sales goals while maintaining a performing portfolio
• Stay sharp: attend meetings, sales events, and training to keep up with the industry
• Perform other duties as assigned

What we’re looking for

• 2+ years in auto lending, auto finance, or automotive sales (subprime experience is a big plus)
• Knowledge of auto lending underwriting
• Strong people skills, because you build trust quickly and keep it
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• You're organized, pay attention to detail, and solve problems as they come up
• Confident with Microsoft Office and similar software
• Nice to have: independent and/or franchise dealership experience, outside sales experience, or a track record in a highly driven, tough sales role

The must-haves

• About 75% daily travel, so you'll spend most of your time in the field
• Valid CA driver's license, auto insurance, and a dependable vehicle
• Able to lift 15 lbs. (laptop and gear)
