Job summary

Kodi Connect is seeking a remote, full-time Outreach professional to identify senior IT and Cybersecurity executives and secure attendance at North America events. You will own the full lifecycle from first outreach to confirmed seat, using Salesloft, LinkedIn Navigator, and ZoomInfo to build and manage relationships.

You will handle high-volume outreach across calls, email, and LinkedIn, maintain accurate attendee lists, and ensure timely follow-up to maximize registrations.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in outreach, recruiting, engagement, or a relationship-driven sales-type role.
• Remote experience required; full-time role with 40+ hours per week during business hours.
• Experience with Salesloft, LinkedIn Navigator, ZoomInfo, and Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Reach senior IT and Cybersecurity executives via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Source contacts using ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Nurture relationships over time to secure attendance at events.
• Maintain attendee lists and track executives from first contact to attendance.
• Follow up on unconfirmed registrants and re-engage drop-offs.
• Manage multiple active event pipelines without losing anyone.
• Log all activity in Salesforce CRM.
