Job summary

Wolters Kluwer's Global Event Management team seeks a senior specialist to drive technology strategy for a global portfolio. The role emphasizes Cvent mastery, seamless data flow across systems, and delivering scalable, brand-consistent event experiences.

With remote work and ~25% travel, you will design high-impact event websites, manage integrations, and oversee all tech components from concept to post-event analysis while aligning with marketing and sales teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in event technology, digital event platforms, or event management with a strong technical focus.
• Advanced expertise in Cvent (Event Management + SMM).
• Experience designing event websites with strong UX, branding and functionality.

Responsibilities

• Drive and guide event technology strategy and execution for events, including AI-driven tools.
• Serve as a Cvent platform expert with configuration, registration builds, website design, reporting, and optimization.
• Lead integration efforts between Cvent and CRM, marketing automation, and data tools.
• Translate vision into digital experiences and recommend enhancements.
• Oversee registration, apps, communications, surveys, reporting, and onsite tools.
